I used to work at a Starbucks myself so I know the inner workings as a Barista (I've even took multiple shifts in drive thru locations). I was big on customer service, I always welcomed them, made suggestions, most importantly treated the customers like they mattered I our store.

A good six out of the ten times I come to this location, they always made my drink incorrectly. Which is totally fine! Accident happens I'm pretty understanding, but whenever I come back to this location a couple baristas always seem to make it seem like it's my fault. Which is disappointing to say the least.  Definitely did not felt welcomed or appreciated as a customer.

Today at my visit my boyfriend and I had a new barista take out order so I understand that inputting sticker orders can be difficult (and though I didn't catch her name she was a super sweet young lady) but my issue goes to whoever took our order halfway through. I believe the new hire had an experienced Barista take over and this barista was a little on the rude side. She interrupted my boyfriend quite abruptly and to sum up her taking an order for one drink, she was basically rude.

Again I know Baristas have other tasks than taking orders but there was no one behind us, no line, no rush of customers.. no need to be rude to a customer.

First my drink was made incorrectly, I wanted it iced & I dreaded walking up to the window to ask for it to be made correctly. THANKFULLY a barista by the name of Spencer gladly remade my drink without giving me an issue like I had in my previous experience of coming to this location. So shout out to Spencer  you were the real MVP of that shift.

I put pictures of my boyfriend's drink , it was also made incorrectly, but he only realized it when we got home. By this point he didn't care too much about going back for a remade drink.

All and all I will give this location a higher rating when we have more friendly baristas like Spencer!

This is more of a 1.5 star review. My best friends and I went to get a Starbucks drink after a long fun weekend. What should have been an easy experience ended up not so when we got the 'KEVIN' of Starbucks.

First, my friend is a Starbucks partner, so we make an extra effort to not only be nice but also clear especially going through the drive-thru with multiple drinks (only three).

It was my friends birthday, and she had a birthday reward on her card. I gave him the card with cash (cash from me and my other friend to put on the card to make one smooth transaction instead of three different transactions). I said we have a birthday reward and we want to pay with the card. Sure, I don't remember specifically saying "put the cash on the card," but when you work somewhere knowing (1) how expensive the drinks are, (2) that you get rewards based on paying with a registered card, and (3) the person said they wanted to pay with the card, one would think that the partner possess the common sense to add the money to the card (or at least ask if I want the money on the card--which has happened--before assuming I don't). Why just assume??

Not only did 'kevin' not add the money to the card, he used the card to pay for my friends drink -- missing out on her birthday reward which, you now can only use on that day.

To top it off, our drinks were also not made correctly. They didn't taste bad, but they were definitely not what we ordered.

I'm really disappointed in this experience. I've been going to Starbucks for over ten years, and this is literally my second bad experience.

Note: the guy who helped us name may or may not have been Kevin, it is simply a reference to The Office.

Of the Starbucks in the North Inglewood area, this one is the worst, hands down. Most of the time I visit this location, they get my order either partially or completely wrong.

I've ordered pastries and been asked whether I want them warmed--I always say "No, thank you," and they always come out oven-baked anyway, making me wonder what the point of asking the question was.

I've ordered a Flat White and been presented with a latte, ordered a Dragon Drink and been handed a Mango Dragonfruit Refresher. I've gotten a Flat White and been given what was marked correctly but didn't have the right amount espresso in it (I drink these almost exclusively and I can taste when there's too little coffee and too much milk).

Sure, mistakes happen, but here, it is far too routine to be anything but indifference on the part of the staff. A few are stellar, but most don't seem to care at all about what they're doing. What's more, they act like it's a hassle when you point out a mistake and ask them to correct it. (If you don't want the hassle, maybe get it right in the first place :-/)

I have had good experiences here. Recently, I got a flat white and a chocolate croissant from the walk up window and  the young man with the braids (I didn't catch his name) was upbeat and friendly, and though he seemed newer, he took the time to make sure he understood what I was ordering. Unfortunately, this is exception rather than the rule here, so unless I'm already on Manchester and have no leeway to drive up to any of the locations on Centinela or any of my other cafes, I won't be getting my coffee here.

I went to get one mocha cookie crumble and came out with two frappuccinos because the wonderful Ms. Alondra made a new frappe (java chips with hazelnut and toffee pumps) and it was amazing !! I will never forget this moment! Thank you Alondra for making my day!!!

I have been to this Starubucks several times and all the times I have been dissapointed. I always order my drink online and wait for it to say READY before I head over to pick it up. Everytime I get there I have to wait at least 5 mins for my drink. They always take a longitme to approach the window. Today for example, myself and four other customers waited in line15 mins before anyone came to the window to acknowledge us, I understand your are busy but as courtesy go up to the window and acknowledge the customer. Definitely ordering through the mobile app is not a good idea with this location. You will always wait at least 5 mins.
